Required documents

You need a valid passport, Ayush visa (most countries can get e-visa online) and return flight tickets to enter Indian territory. Make sure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of your journey. On the arrival at Kochi airport in Kerala, we can arrange for a team member to pick you up at the airport.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is 3 pm on the arrival day and check-out 10 am on the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

When you book a retreat at Vaidya’s Ayurveda Village, your reservation is considered an Open Date Booking. This means, if unexpected circumstances arise and you are unable to attend the retreat on your chosen dates, you are welcome to reschedule your stay at a future date that suits you, subject to availability—no questions asked and at no extra charge for the changes withinone year (unless you need to upgrade your room category or move your dates to a high-season month). This flexible policy ensures that your investment in your health retreat is fully protected.

Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. In the rare and unfortunate case of:

• A serious personal incident (such as a life-threatening illness, major accident, or death) that prevents travel for an extended period (over five years), a full refund will be processed upon receipt of valid documentation.
• A cancellation initiated by Vaidya’s Ayurveda Village (e.g., due to natural disasters or emergency closures), our retreat insurance will cover guest compensation, including full refund of any payments made to VAV.
